Where can I go? 

We provide transport for any of your individual needs, such as going to the shops, hairdressers, visiting a friend or attending a medical appointment.

Who is the Car Service For?

Our car service is for people aged 60 and over who are unable to travel independently, or anyone facing mobility or health challenges.

Could you spare some time to become a Volunteer Driver?

Our Car Service is extremely popular - it's offers freedom and independence to so many local people who would otherwise be stuck at home alone.

​

We wouldn't be able to provide this service without the help of our amazing volunteer drivers. They love helping others and find being part of our team, fun and rewarding.

How to book

We ask for 7 calendar days when booking our car service.

 

We appreciate that this may not be possible with last minute medical appointments so we will endeavour to assist at shorter notice for these appointments.

Our drivers will wait at the destination for up to 2 hours. After which time, a second charge will be incurred. This allows our driver to return home in between.

All our drivers are volunteers who kindly offer their own time to support others in need. 

​

All lifts need to be booked in advance so that we can arrange the trip with our volunteers.

Wheelchair Vehicles

Our Wheelchair Access Vehicles are available for medical and social occasions. For medical appointments, call us to arrange a volunteer driver. For social occasions, use a volunteer driver or a familiarised family member or friend.

Minibus Hire

We currently run three minibuses for the use of local groups, organisations and individuals, such as church groups, Scouts, Boys Brigade, youth groups, retirement homes, etc. One is fitted with hydraulic rear passenger lifts.

Out and About Club Malvern Community Action

Out and About

This unique door to door minibus service offers older and disabled people the chance to get out and about and make new friends. The service is lead by the people we support, they chose where they would like to go and if we can, we make it happen!
