How we help volunteers
We recruit volunteers to match their skills, experience and interests to suitable volunteering roles. We provide advice and information on a range of volunteer roles. ​​​

How we help community groups:

Raising awareness of the need for volunteers and how they add value to the community.

Interviewing and recruiting volunteers to suit your individual needs.

Supporting community groups through networking and relevant training.

We recognise the true value of volunteers by ensuring that community groups will carry out appropriate volunteer recruitment and selection processes for their own needs and ensure that volunteers are:

Volunteer for Us
Volunteering is a great way to make new friends, be a part of something bigger and give back to your local community. Roles range from car and minibus drivers to Tea Club volunteers and companions. Become a Community Action volunteer and make a big difference in Malvern and District.
Car Service
Our car service enables people aged 60 and over who are unable to make it out on their own or anyone living with a physical or mental disability. Priority is given to medical appointments but we can also take people shopping, to the hairdressers, and other places.
