Our Volunteers

Our volunteers are at the heart of everything we do. The time, energy, and care they give make an incredible difference to the people and communities we support, and we simply couldn’t achieve our mission without them. In return, we aim to create a welcoming, supportive environment where everyone feels valued, respected, and confident in their role.

We believe volunteering works best when there is a shared understanding of what we expect from each other - reliability, kindness, teamwork, and a commitment to our values.

To help make this as clear and supportive as possible, we provide volunteer handbooks and simple flowcharts that guide volunteers through key processes and responsibilities.

These resources are designed to make roles easier to understand, answer common questions, and ensure everyone feels equipped and supported while making a positive impact.

Here's Noel one of our dedicated Volunteer Drivers with Aileen and Sam.
