We strive to create a welcoming and inclusive environment for people aged 60 and over and anyone facing mobility or health challenges.

At Community Action Malvern and District, we are committed to providing a wide range of services to meet the needs of our community. Our dedicated team helps to organise services including a door-to-door Car Service, Out and About activities, Minibus Hire, Wheelchair Vehicles, Sunday Tea Clubs, Film Club, and Men’s Shed. Services we offer

Car Service

Car Service

Our car service is for people aged 60 and over who are unable to travel independently, or anyone facing mobility or health challenges. We provide transport for medical and other needs, such as going to the shops, hairdressers or to visit a friend.

Cinema Club Malvern

Film Club 

Fancy making new friends and taking in a film, classic or new? Why not join us at our Film club, hosted by our partners The Cube. The Cube also provide a tasty lunch if you fancy joining them for this too.

Out and About Club

Out and About

Our door-to-door minibus service offers 60+ and disabled people the chance to get out and about and make new friends. The service is led by the people we support, they chose where they would like to go and if we can, we make it happen!

Community Bus

We currently run local Community Bus Services every Wednesday and Friday that help people to get out and about and do a bit of shopping. This is a ring and book service only, booking deadline is 12.30pm the day before. To book please call 01684 892 381.​

Volunteer Driver Malvern

Our volunteers

Our volunteers support the work we do, helping the local community to stay connected, through our car service, Out and About Days or our Sunday afternoon tea club.

Wheelchair Vehicles

We have Wheelchair Access Vehicles available for medical and social occasions. For medical appointments, call us to arrange a volunteer driver. For social occasions, use a volunteer driver or a familiarised family member or friend.

Mens Shed Malvern

Men's Sheds

Men’s Sheds offers a relaxed space for all ages to socialise, get creative and learn new skills in a relaxed and friendly environment. Practical skills shared include woodworking, with mixed sessions available for both men and women.

Malvern Hills Volunteering

We work alongside Malvern Hills District council to support Malvern Hills Volunteering; a volunteering service for any community group, charity or local resident. ​​​
