A Warm Welcome to Our New Office at Community Action!

We’re delighted to be settling into our new surroundings at Community Action, and it’s already starting to feel like home!

We’ve had a lovely welcome into our new office, including a visit from a very special four-legged friend! Milo, the dog belonging to our Out and About Coordinator, Fran, has been keeping us company and making sure everyone gets plenty of fuss and attention. He’s certainly helping to make our new workspace feel homely!

We also welcomed Jo Sullivan, who will be supporting us with our bid writing. Launa enjoyed spending time with Jo, introducing her to more of what Community Action does and sharing the work we do to support people across our local community.

It was a great opportunity for Jo to learn more about our services and, most importantly, to see first-hand the positive difference we make to people's lives. We’re really looking forward to working together and exploring the exciting opportunities ahead.

It’s been a lovely start to life in our new office, filled with friendly faces, new connections and exciting possibilities. We’re looking forward to making many more memories here!

Pop in and say hello!

Our new office door is always open, and we’d love to welcome you in. Whether you’re a volunteer, a partner organisation, someone interested in our work or simply passing by, please feel free to pop in for a chat – we’ll always have the kettle on! ☕
